Tim Adams Reserve Tempranillo 2008

Tim Adams Reserve Tempranillo 2008

Made from fruit from a 6.5 hectare plot of Tempranillo in the Adams’ Ladera vineyard in the Clare Valley. Aged for 15 months in new and second-use French oak. Full bodied, but doesn’t suffer for it. Plums and strawberries, with a generous shake of cinnamon and cloves spices. Quite richly flavoured and textured on the palate, but it is still smooth and supple; effortless drinking. 91 points. Screwcap. Drink 2013-2018
