Seppelt Cellar No.6 Tokay

Seppelt Cellar No.6 Tokay

In one word, sweet. Big and broad with syrupy sweetness, devoid of any complexity or nuance. Liquified sultanas with an offhand shake of spice. Big palate, over blown, sugar and toffee and simplicity. I could make some anology to the stereotypical Rugby League forward, but that would be unkind, because I enjoy watching a big forward rushing the defensive line. This wine was okay, but it was only finished because I have a fixation about completing things and an abhorrence of waste. Not good value either, so let’s move on.
