Ruggabellus Fluus 2012

Ruggabellus Fluus 2010

A blend of 42% Mataro, 41% Grenache and 17% Syrah. Good to see Shiraz put in its place one in a while. Sealed under screcap. 13.6% abv. Black pepper and beefy burly black fruits. Quite fruit driven and expressive. Tangy and fruity on the palate too, but there are also some solids characters, like skins and stalks, but not green at all if you know what I mean, just a little chewy and drying. Good length. Refreshing and cleansing finish. 89 points.
