A very pale straw in colour. Aromas of lime, sherbet and wet stones, with a hint of spices and herbs. The palate is very tight, showing a core of lip-smacking limey acid, with Granny Smith apples and citrus fruits, steely and slately, finely balanced and really quite refreshing. Good length too; needs a bit of time to flesh out.
