Lancelot-Pienne Tradition Brut n/v

A blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. A fine beading, and a dusty wheat in colour. Complex aromas, including lemon, apple and yeast on the nose. Some secondary flavours on the palate too, with yeast, pear, biscuit and some soft lemony acid. Clean tight finish. Direct from the importer, Eurocentric Wine. Listed at $65, but could probably be had for less if you smile sweetly. Drink now.
