2004 Daniel Dampt Les Lys Chablis

This turned out to be the perfect wine to go with squid, the flavour match was lovely.  At 9 years of age, its time to drink up, and the light golden colour flags this early.  Oyster shell and seaspray in an advancing palate, which is only showing the remnants of peachy fruit.  Now its more butterscotch, and is best drunk now before the remaining freshness in this disappears.  Mature and tasty.  88/100.
